Restraints

Arm restraints or window nets are required in all vehicles, and the driver's window (if present) must be rolled down.

arm restraints

Arm restraints are designed to keep your arms inside the vehicle in the event of an accident. If used correctly they do not hinder movement. Note that not all arm restraints are designed for use with standard 3-point seat belts and may cause delay in exiting your vehicle in the case of an emergency.

window net

Window nets are generally attached to the roll cage in a sedan and are an acceptable substitute for arm restraints. Reference the Club Racing GCR for mounting requirements and SFI certification ratings.
